Good afternoon. Wanted to first say that I appreciate everything that the scouts do! I went from a sideline parent last year, to den leader to assistant cub master and I (and my son) are loving every minute! With that being said, I’m from a small pack in Florida and I’m trying to get our Unit Pin updated.
I have been promoted from den leader to pack admin / cub master on the site, but don’t seem to have any options available in the left column / organization of my.scouting.org. It shows my personal data and some reports I can run, but no options the PDF guide shows for updating. Is this one of the items that must take 24-48 hours for the process to update? If so, thanks and I’ll wait it out. If not, is there something our committee chair should do to enable my ability to update this.
