I had a unit tell me that that a youth was not having advancement sync. Looked up easy answer not registered. BUT she is showing having earned bobcat in council advancement database (registrar tools and VST)

I thought maybe she had another BSA member number, but I only find that one (with no registrations). Not sure how it got approved.
