Update member's email

I have an adult leader who is sometimes receiving messages sent through Scoutbook to an email address which will soon be expiring. But this email address is not listed under his entry in Internet Advancement, or under the Roster Manager in my.scouting. Any ideas where I can look to update this contact? Thanks

@ChristopherHunt5 it would be in Scoutbook - but you can change email in My Scouting > Save > change back to correct one > Save - and it should sync across all platforms over 24 hours

Hi Donovan, I have a similar question, but it relates to a “undefined undefined error” for the parent of cub scout ID 141477503 in P105. She is unable to resolve the account access and council has not been able to locate/help the account. Thank you!

@LesBarta What is she trying to do?

She is trying to access her account (for the first time), but can not login. The email is correct on the profile and when she tried to create a new SB user account the system recognizes the name and DOB, but will not let her continue.

@LesBarta Have her go to my.Scouting.org and use the chatbot (“Betty”) to reset her password. She will need her member ID number in order to reset her password.
