I am attempting to update an email for a parent of one of our scouts. (Name removed). I am not able to update her profile. I receive an error message that says that email address is already connected to another account. When I created the connection I accidentally typed the email address incorrectly. Usually I can just edit the profile of the parent and change the email address. They have not connected to the scout yet since they have not actually received the invite to connect. Is there any guidance on this issue? Thank you.
