Referring to the “CTFG Status Report” dated 16-Dec-2020 - Member Manager Enhancements. The comments suggest that as a commissioner I can help units by viewing and editing Unit BeAScout Pin information. But when I go to pull up the Pin info I receive an Authorization Failed (-2). I then asked my District Commissioner to see if he could run the “Unit Pin” and he was able to send me a hard copy of a report. So is this feature really only available to District and Council commissioners and if so How can I help my assigned unit via editing it?
The report (presently) is only for District/Council Key 3. But ANY commissioner can go in and look at any unit via the Member Manager (at your district level) which becomes Organization Manager, and then selecting which unit you wish to investigate. See screenshot.
