We are transitioning from Troopmaster to SB+. When uploading records for Scout #132253870, the data keeps crossing over (but not completely) to Scout #133764305. We are getting crossed info for Rank and three MBs as far as I know - I’d love to get this fixed, but ALSO concerned that data was crossed for other scouts in the troop and I haven’t yet caught the errors - the rank was an obvious flag, but the MBs are more concerning.

There’s an output template that’s been in place for a number of years (and that I inherited from my predecessor) - we had been using it to update SB for Council when an Eagle candidate was submitting their application. New SM wants to transition completely to SB now, so I’ve been uploading Scouts using that template and noticed this issue. I can’t get 132253870 to update at all (despite the records showing as processed), and this hasn’t happened before.
Unfortunately I wasn’t around when the template in Troopmaster was created, so I have no insight into those mechanics

Well I would not trust a user created ANYTHING unless I made it myself.
TM has an export for all Advancement that is standard. But it only imports complete date for Items I believe. I am thinking IF there is a requirement import, as I do not believe there is.
Ha! Generally with you there, but it’s been SOP for so many years that I used it. Perhaps something went wonky with the transition to SB+
Change to SB+ was just user interface not the database.

This issue was the wrong Member ID was in the 3rd party software for a scout
