Units with Unit Leaders that are either not technically savvy or are very busy rely on competent adult leaders volunteers to take care of a lot of data entry tasks like entering activities.

The SUAC realizes this is a big issue and we are communicating with the developers to get it fixes as soon as possible.

As an FYI, the Scouting app was just released with an update. This does allow parents to perform entry on service hours, hiking, and camping logs.

I hope this is fixed soon. In my 50+ youth unit, we only have a few adults, none of whom are the Key 3, to post and maintain the unit records. As it is now, a unit can only have 3 Key 3 delegates and I am the only one of them that is somewhat tech savey. The others do not have the time or inclination to do all the work it takes to keep the records straight.
