User Cannot Log In

User with BSA ID 140567922. He’s a fairly new Tiger adult partner, and his wife’s email address was erroneously used as his on his daughter’s youth application last month. His wife has been set up in Scoutbook as an additional parent (using the email address that was originally associated with him on the application), and his email address has been corrected in Internet Advancement.

He cannot log on to Scoutbook, and he cannot change his password.

@PeterHopkins well the user has a user name of (firstinitial)(lastname) - and I fixed the emails
