I am glad, in some ways, that this is happening in the summer, and not during the schoolyear-- it would really suck, then! Hopefully this all gets sorted out before deadlines and meetings begin in earnest!

Hi everyone, was there a solution? Is this intermittent or across-the-board? I have two den leaders who are experiencing this… and I have a feeling they are the only two den leaders logging achievements in my Pack, so not sure how widespread this is.

Same issue as described by OP. Two leaders, but that is all we have currently entering advancements.

I am having the same issue trying to put in the summertime awards. Trying to put down the day camp activity for scouts and I can only enter for my own scouts, not the others. I am logged in as Den Admin for my 2 dens. Thanks.

I’m having the same exact error message; I can only enter information for my son (can’t approve or record) but everyone else in the den I can’t assign a date. This happens for multiple wolf adventures.

Try a hard refresh (SHIFT + REFRESH) or an incognito window. Also make sure you have your leader role selected in the upper right corner.

When I had this issue, I found a forum post somewhere that said to change that Requirements Version dropdown to a different year… wait a sec… then change it back. Got rid of my ‘API’ error.

Unfortunately, in the app, I’m still getting ‘Den Not Found’ on the advancements tab, though advancements works fine on the web. Hope that helps someone!
