Username unknown - can't change password

One of our parents is trying to log in to my.scouting.org and doesn’t know his password. When he puts his email address in to try to reset his password, it is saying there is no account found. Could someone please tell me what he should be putting in for his username? Looking at Internet Advancement, his Member ID is 14345219. Please let me know if you need more information and thanks for the assistance!

This user has Apple Login enabled. He needs to log in to Scoutbook and my.scouting.org with the Sign in with Apple button.
