I am unable to see all of my kids in Scoutbook as cub scouts are assigned to another account, and my boy scout is assigned to the account I am able to access Scoutbook with

When I log in I receive the following error “Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address.”

the account I can log into has the following ID
SB User ID: 9299827

BSA Member ID: 134814735

You have 2 Scoutbook accounts because one has your middle name and one your middle initial. I’ll fix this.

This is fixed. Use the my.scouting.org ID that is the portion of your e-mail address before the @ to log in to Scoutbook and my.scouting.org.

I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to add your children with first initial L to your MID using the relationship tab of registrar tools. Your other child is already listed on this MID.
