I am having this same issue where it states another user is using the same email address. Can this be fixed? Thank you!
You have 2 Scoutbook accounts and 2 my.scouting.org IDs. I can merge them both but I need to know if you want to retain the my.scouting.org ID that is your e-mail address or the one that is your name.
That would be great! I’m trying to figure out which ID is associated with my email address and which is associated with my name. Is there a way to make this determination? Or, does it even make a difference after the accounts are merged? Thank you!
It doesn’t matter. Whichever one you select will be connected to your registration. It is more of a preference on your point.
