, another user is using the same email address …

My SB User ID: 1548210 BSA Member ID: 133471153

I recently updated my my.scouting profile. Also, I’ve noticed that scoutbook has been dropping the “.” which causes problems for me when sending messages since outlook doesn’t recognize the email address as mine.

@GoodloeWhite you made your Scouts account with your email so that is the issue - do you want us to remove the email?
