Hi, our Pack is boys and girls. We have only one Den for each rank. Our previous Committee Chair created two dens in Scoutbook for each Webelos and AOLs, boys and girls. Is there a point to it? Is it something you are supposed to do? What is your experience with Webelos and AOLs dens?
@AdrienCaudrelier - this is not the venue for this question. The forums are for technical questions and not program questions. You may want to discuss this at a roundtable or facebook group
There are many resources at Scouting.org that cover this - or discuss with your council @AdrienCaudrelier
We wish we could answer this simple program question, but we’ve been instructed to only answer tech questions.
It could be a technical question. For example, our Webelos Den is girls and boys, as one Den, but in Scoutbook there are 2 (boys on one side, girls on the other). Sorry if it is not the venue for these questions, it seems like the people that could help me most are on this forum. I will delete the post if needed.
I want to gather all the Webelos into one den but my question is: is there anything preventing me to do it that I should be aware of?
There are no technology constraints to combining them into a single den.
@AdrienCaudrelier take a look at - Cub Scout family dens: What they are, and how they could work for your pack
