I get the same error message:
When trying to add parent (137177101) relationship to youth (134664573).
This is a known error. The developers are working on a solution. Watch the Change Log forum for an announcement of the fix.
Another find in trying to build a relationship to a new scout to their guardian who completed a digital application:
Find: my.scouting digital application details do not list DOB for the adult MID so you can’t search for it to make the relationship connection between scout and parent/guardian.
Solution: You have to go to the council registrar to make the relationships with adult MID, first name, last name, email, phone.
Long Term Solution: I also asked my registrar to submit a ticket to national to fix “date field” to show differently going forward for the my.scouting digital application details so leaders can build relationships without having to go to the council registrar. This change would match the paper youth application form fields. Is: adult age in years, Should Be: DOB.
