I have duplicate Adult records in my Troop in Scoutbook. On Monday, I clicked a button that said report issue to support (or something like that - I can’t find that button right now) and reported the issue. The feedback screen said I would get an email acknowledging my report. I have not received that email, and I have no idea where to go to see if the issue was actually reported or just went into space. Where would I go to look for this incident, or should I just try to report it a different way?
You most likely have 2 BSA #'s – you can send an email to Scoutbook.firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the situation
