I am the District Advancement chair. A new Scouts BSA Troop committee chair states the previous committee chair was the only person with Scoutbook Troop admin role. I thought all unit Key3 were automatically given Scoutbook Troop Admin within a few days of their registration assignment.
The problem is the NEW committee chair, listed below, states they are not a Troop Admin.
The goal is to find a way to grant them Troop Admin.

I’m trying to set up a zoom call with the CC tomorrow, but just asking here. I know HOW to grant the Troop Admin rights, but I am not in that unit. Meaning, I can walk someone with the Troop Admin role, if we can figure out who has it right now.
