I have a Scout whose profile clearly has a mobile phone number. The Scout’s parent tells me that the number has been verified through Scoutbook.
When I try to send a message, Scoutbook does not give me the option to include this Scout.
The parents have to invite the scout to connect to their account. They do this by edited the scouts profile and scrolling all the way to the bottom and click the button that says “invite [scout] to connect”.
