(SIDE ISSUE: I signed up for scoutbook and the questionairre was weird and I did it wrong and signed it up under my child’s name instead of mine and the system wouldn’t let me change it and noone at scouts knew how to fix it so I had to create a whole new account.)
Created a new account, of course it won’t accept my old email. So I created a new account in scoutbook and it refuses to accept and keep my email. I am NOT using the same email as was on the old account or anything like that. I do it, the troop sent me a test email, all was fine. This week (week later) it has kicked out my email back to the email@example.com
The troop doesn’t know what to do. And there isn’t a way to contact customer service directly.
