Wrong BSA ID Number between Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

My current council (Mid-America Council), for some reason, gave me a new BSA ID Number following recharter last year. Regardless of the reason, My Scoutbook account will not show my new number correctly. My.Scouting and Scoutbook Plus shows the correct number, but Scoutbook will not budge.

Here are the numbers in question:
Current ID Number: 140404812
Previous ID Number: 140404213

@RyanShipman yours is odd - I will clean it up - you have 4-5 ID #s it seems - 4 I am sure of then one with a bvband4++++ email also. If all yours I can put them under management for you

The 140404812 is the correct MID as that is your registration - the other MID has your parent relationship to your Scout - you can talk to council about adding that to the 812 MID so it is all under one.

@RyanShipman I got the MIDs I know are you under management - you can see at my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID - you want to keep 812 primary as that is your registered Leader position

Thanks for the assistance! Yeah, all those IDs make since. Back from when I was a scout, all the way from several moves over the years, due to me being in the military.
I’ll reach out to my council for the other issue you brought up.
