I have a parent who has the wrong date of birth on her scoutbook account. She said she can’t edit it.
How do we get it corrected? Is that something I can do as a key 3?

Unfortunately, I think DOB is one of those things that only council can fix. If you’re a Key 3, you can check by clicking on their profile to see if you can edit it.
