Wrong member number for parent

We have a parent that had a member # in Scoutbook then took YPT training again under a different member number. How can we get it updated?

She needs to go into my.scouting.org, click on Menu then Manage Member ID

Make sure the Member ID she took YPT with is listed as primary. After it is primary, so into Scoutbook and use My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Switch SSO Profile. This will update the BSA# in Scoutbook with the BSA# listed as primary.

She should also contact the council registrar and have them merge the BSA#s and retire one of them.
