They were able to merge his account at council and then he could see one of his son’s, but not the other. I sent the invitation for him to add his other son and now he can see that one but not the first one…

I cannot see the parent BSA # on the IA page
@TrishRhodes The dad had three my.scouting usernames and three scoutbook accounts including one that had his last name misspelled. I’ve corrected all of that. He needs to log in with a username that is like his email address with everything before the @
@KevinOng I removed your email address from your scout’s account. It’ll probably so back up as that’s also attached to their my.scouting username. You may want to have them log in and change it there.
