@MatthewHoulahan they have the wrong member type - a Webelos in an AOL den - try this for me - go to SB+ > Click Edit Den for Den 3 > if you see scouts name remove the scout and save > then Edit and add the Scout back

I just went into SB+ and when I go to edit den, he isnāt there so I canāt remove himā¦also canāt add him. He shows up in the Scoutbook roster and my.scouting roster, but not SB+ roster.
@MatthewHoulahan ok - next fix would be delete den and make a new one - or Edit a different den and see if you see him cause he is in the den

The SB+ roster is the basis for building dens, so until he shows up in the SB+ roster, Iām not sure that would work. I tried to reassign him in SB to the AOL den, but the reassign button just brings me back to SB+, where doesnāt exist.

@MatthewHoulahan so the Scout came in 9/6 to unit. Did you add him to den 9/7? Was the Den an AOL den then?
That is from 2023, so he was a Weblos then. I was not CC, but my guess is he was transferred in as a youth member, then assigned to Weblos. Now he is an AOL. I can follow a screenshare if you are able (back in front of my computer).
DEVs just had me end the Scoutbook membership and resync if for later this afternoon to make the scout come back in.

OK, so Anthony now shows up as a youth member in SB and there is a button to reassign him to a den. When I click the button, I am redirected to SB+ where he still is not shown on the roster, so I still am unable to put him in the AOLs.
@MatthewHoulahan - are there multiple [ages for your roster in sb+
@MatthewHoulahan yes it is the crazy thing - when you look at the webpage code he is there just not showing - it is being investigated

@MatthewHoulahan Could you try checking for your Scout again?
I think you will need to move the Scout back into his den.
Yes, the scout is now visible in the SB+ roster (was not visible yesterday) so I was able to move him back into his den. Looks like everything is good to go and has been fixed! Thanks so much!
