Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
@JenniferVeith These are the 4 modules that you need to re-take in order to get credit for YPT:
SCO_3008 Overview and Policies
SCO_3009 Sexual Abuse
SCO_3010 Bullying
SCO_3011 YPT Certification Test
The 4 modules above are part of the “Mandatory - Youth Protection Training” learning plan.
Based on what I can see, you re-took “SCO_3008 Overview and Policies”, but then you did some other courses that are part of the “Continuing Education - Youth Protection Training” learning plan.
You still need to re-take:
SCO_3009 Sexual Abuse
SCO_3010 Bullying
SCO_3011 YPT Certification Test
Those screenshots that say “100%” don’t say when you took them. Unfortunately, it doesn’t reset to 0% when you are nearing expiration. It stays at 100% if you’ve ever taken it.
It may be that you took them but it’s not registering as if you did.
I honestly don’t know the point of having a continuing Ed learning plan because it does not count for anything. It’d be nice if it were called something else to avoid this confusion.
The last time you completed SCO_3009 Sexual Abuse, SCO_3010 Bulling and SCO_3011 YPT Certification Test was 6/9/2020. The only required YPT course taken this year was SCO_3008 Overview and Policies on 6/9/22.
Once you take SCO_3009, SCO_3010 and SCO_3011 your YPT will show as complete through 2024.
There are multiple servers involved. I have exited an online course module before the server recording the completion has finished, resulting in the module not being recorded as completed. This can sometime be due to network delays or systems, including the users, being overloaded.
These days, delays may be coming from plugin’s, extensions, etc. like accessibility aids, grammar and spelling checkers that are online and can be delayed by network delays.
My observation is it can sometimes take several minutes for the module completion to be recorded if systems or networks, are overloaded or causing delays.
