YPT shows as complete under the Scout rather than the adult

How do we transfer the YPT training to the parent?

you do not - it sounds like the parent set up accounts wrong - post BSA # and we can look

@MaryKlubben you can talk to council - the father made a sign in for scout using the Scouts BSA# as a username - that is what the father is signing in as - the father username is (Firstname)(Lastname). Maybe Council can fix Training - and advise father of mistake on user names
