I have retaken my YPT course v01 to renew, but when I query my membership number it still shows as nearing expire date, July 2023. When I click retake the course, it shows my new date with 100% completed for June 2023. Why wont it update my certificate, the system, yet show the new renewal completion?

yeah something is not correct - almost seems like restarts are doing something - @TimothyRogers any ideas?
@nichelemccague did you click restart between 5/31 and 6/16?
YPT training modules must be completed within 60 days of each other for my.scouting to recalculate Y01 - in this case the 4/23 and 7/08 dates are out of that window. This is a function of my.scouting and not the LMS. The LMS data is swept by my.scouting and triggers recalculation based on those parameters - the LMS simply records module completions. If modules were retaken within those parameters and Y01 is not updating it is a my.scouting issue - not an LMS issue.

Can a statement be added to all YPT course descriptions in the LMS that all YPT modules courses must be completed within 60 days for YPT to be complete?
