@JamieNeil sounds like your recharter erased them as they were not on the charter when submitted - I believe there is a fix being worked on for this
They were added after our Charter went through. We Chartered in December and they came in February.
Of the 4 BSA Member IDs you provided, only 13588759 has completed youth protection training (YPT) according to Akela, the BSA person database. The registrar cannot register an adult leader without YPT being completed. You will need these leaders to complete YPT then contact your registrar to get them properly registered.
That MID has been deleted. Your registered MID is 135544167. In Scoutbook I see you listed as a Committee Member and Lion Den Leader. You should be logging in with the portion of your e-mail address before the @.

I am a Bear Den Leader for Pack 981 and have been a den leader for the last three years plus training and YPT. My BSA ID is 8133788. On the last update, I can no longer have access for any of the boys requirements but my son only. Any help would be appreciated.
@TonyWicker I found at least 2 other MIDs for you - -101165918 - 106667189 - none of these 3 have had registrations since 2015
I search by just last name, DOB, and Council 312 - no more listing. Talk to Key3 and they can get number for you from my.scouting.org Roster - or talk to council - all these MIDs do need to be merged or connected
What is Key3? I’m not that great with computers but I can contact council if that’s the way I need to go.

I have also been dropped from Den Leader Admin and Den Leader. I was able to reconnect my Den Leader, but not the admin, so I can’t connect to any of my scouts. My Pack can’t seem to remedy. I’ve been trying to update the scouts requirements towards rank and can only access my son. Please help. ID13622723
@AlanBroderick under this login which has your DL and old Den Admin - you have no Registrations - and Looking at your council you are not registered - you need to turn in an Adult Leader Application

I am having a similar issue where I lost alignment to my den and can’t be added back as den leader by my pack or Unit Exec. I have 2 IDs 13130006 which is not assigned to the pack in scouting.org and 132560812 which is aligned to the pack and den. Both accounts list YTP as current. I looked for a location to associate the 2 IDS in my profile but was not successful. Can you help?

I have a registered, YPT-current den leader whose SB account detached from his den in our pack. His registered id is 137154069, but his active SB is under 13035394. He has an old duplicate account under 13180650 in a previous unit. Please help me merge his active account with his active registration.
