@AnnaDe_La_Cruz that is something to talk to council about as you are paying double registration for both scouts - they need to clean it up
Can accounts be DELETED or only merged? These 2 BSA IDs are my husbands and can simply be deleted, there is nothing meaningful he has attached to them.
(I’m not sure how I mucked up my own husband’s accounts so badly).
13488575 - this one is connected to our daughters but he somehow lost the ability to sign into it some time ago.
136305822 - I don’t even know what this one ever was, but it comes up when I do a create new account with his information (I was trying to recover the one above)
Additional request. Merge accounts for a parent turned den leader.
14910683 - this is the one he logs in to
108794057 - This is the new account that was created with den leader role by council
@LaurenBrodt Both issues have been resolved.
Can these be merged please?

@NinaKumrow Please contact your local council Registrar for assistance.
I have an adult leader with 2 member IDs. This is the message I received from our adult leader.
The account that’s the good one to keep is under my Member ID #1517894 which has my son attached.
The account profile to delete Member ID: 141708454.
How can we help him?
Member IDs cannot be deleted only managed.
First, we need to know if this member wants to keep the my.scouting.org ID that uses his Apple ID or his aol e-mail address. Either can be retained.
You also need to contact your Council because the father is connected as both father and son to the Scout. The “son of” connection needs to be removed. This can only be done by a Council.
Are you able to look at these two and possibly merge the scoutbook profiles for parent under this ID:
141652265
135795203
The two scouts that are his are:
141652267
141652263
The problem they are having is they are getting the error code that they are not connected to each other. I was not 100 percent sure if this is something you can help with or should I contact our local council.
I’m looking into this
Please ask the adult if he earned Eagle in southern CA. I found a 3rd Member ID with the same name and DOB.
He has confirmed “Yes, I did”
OK, give me a few minutes and I will have his accounts straightened out.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Member IDs (MID) can’t be merged, just managed. I have added the CA MID and 135795203 to his my.scouting.org ID as secondary IDs.
I merged his CA Scoutbook account into the Scoutbook account he can log in to.
The connections to his Scouts look correct. I suspect the family is getting a message saying the mother’s connection to the Scout with first name D needs to be validated. The father should log in to Scoutbook Plus (https://advancements.scouting.org) go to D’s page, click the + next to Relationships and add the mother. L is properly connected to both mother and father.
When he clicks the link above, it says “no access” and when he logs into scoutbook now, he cant see any of his scouts anymore. Please advise?
When I click the parent relationship for D & L under dad, it shows dad profile under the 141652265 ID. When you click on it, it says “user undefined” and everything is blank.
It should be fixed now.
I notice this member is still registered in Cape Fear Council. Is this expected?
No, he was transferred into Council 544 and the Cape Fear Council should be closed. Thanks!
Since is is not registered in 544, Cape Fear won’t end his membership. He can put an end date on his Cape Fear memberships in legacy Scoutbook.
