Can you Merge the two accounts

Can you manage these accounts? We show 3 BSA IDS. 2 are linked to his scout 140424687, dads BSA ID’s are below, notating the active one

Scouting America Member IDs cannot be merged, just managed. I added the 3rd one to his my.scouting.org account as a secondary ID. There was only one Scoutbook account.

I did say manage instead of merge this time! woot! Baby steps! Thank you!!

Is there a way we can disconnect the 140424696 to his scout 140424687? It says the “Son of” but when you click it, it gives a member ID error. When he (dad) logs in, it gives him a relationship error connection because it is trying to pull from the 696 ID instead of the 571 ID. We have tried to edit this under the parent connection on scoutbook plus, but it errors out.

We cannot change relationships between Scouts and Adults, only a Council can fix this.

The 140424696 MID and 140424687 MID are in the same Council. I suspect the issue is coming from the 13670882 MID which is a different council.

I accidentally have 2 accounts. This is the Member ID that I want to keep: 14483076. This is the one that can be deleted/merged: 14438499.

Which my.scouting.org ID do you want to keep? I can make either work with your registered MID.

One uses the Google Login button, the other uses just an e-mail address.

I’d like to use the email address login.

It is fixed. Log all the way out of Scoutbook Plus and Legacy Scoutbook then log back in with your e-mail address.

Will the old account eventually go away? This shows up under my son’s profile.

You need to contact your Council registrar and ask them to use the relationships tab of registrar tools to move your son from MID 14438499 to MID 14483076.

Can someone help manage the duplicate member IDs 140507501 and 5742311? The first one is on our roster, but he is doing training under the second one and it’s not syncing.

@GarrettGreen user is using their Youth Account - do they want to keep the username %%%%%%%OK or the $$$$$$$$$$0523 - once that is known we can help or council can resolve it.

@DonovanMcNeil He thought the one ending in OK was the one more recently set up but had no preference either way on which one to keep.

@GarrettGreen ok the OK one is still live - the training should sync over next 24 hours

I believe this adult leader has 2 scoutbook accounts. Can you please check and make sure the primary is under Council 544? ID: 141809848
