No, they are not. They permanently transferred over to 544
@JamieHaller I have fixed what I can. The user has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. The local council can merge them for him.
He has 4 member ID numbers. I recommend that he keep all 4 under “Manage Member ID” at my.Scouting. He just needs to keep the one in council 544 as primary.
He is currently opted out of e-mails from Scoutbook. If he would like to opt back in, he can log in to Scoutbook (legacy), and then to go:
Administration → My Account → Email
Then to the right of where it says “Messaging Opt-Out”, switch the toggle to opt back in to e-mails.
