@JulieMacDougal - the scout name is case sensitive

@Stephen_Hornak I’m not inputting the scout name, it is in the Scoutbook Plus UI under the scout youth profile

@JulieMacDougal I also did not enter the name manually, but it seems like the system expects the names in the profile are properly capitalized.

@Cheetah787 so you go to the Scout MB Page itself? Like Scout First Aid MB > click Assign MBC > and get the cannot find scout error? What is Scout Member # (no name)?

I think the issue for Cheetah787 was fixed on the linked thread.. @JulieMacDougal has the issue
