Duplicate account/email/IDs

Hi! Can you please merge accounts for 14033566 (this one shows linked to scout by keeps saying unidentified and “logged in user does not have access to his API” even though I have Key 3 access as cubmaster. This is the one that she takes YPT on) and 140171394. She created accounts with two different emails. Birthdate should be (removed by Moderator)

Hello. I have a parent that is double in Scoutbook under his kid’s connections.
Could you merge the 2 accounts?

@MarisolGonzalez1 This parent has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. It is currently set up so that the user can log in using the “Sign in with Apple” button, his Apple username, and his Apple password. I recommend that the parent contact the local council and ask them to merge his usernames.

Also, the parent’s “relationships” (in my.Scouting) are messed up. The parent is showing as “Father of” and “Son of” his Scout, which can sometimes cause issues in Scoutbook. Please ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should temporarily remove the parent “relationship”, then add him back again.

I also have the notice that there are two accounts using my email. I think one of them is from initial attempts at login. I don’t have access to that other account, just the main one. Is it possible to delete the extra? Member ID: 13896390

Hi, It appears I have two accounts using my email. One is active (BSA #14135994) the other is not and I can’t access it to see what the BSA Id is. Is it possible to remove the inactive one?

We have a Scout that transferred in from another Council and a second ID was created. It looks like the original (with all of their progress) has dropped off and the new one is blank.

Original ID: 130898604
New ID: 141108544

Can these be merged, please?

Parent ID: 141548304

@RobbieCarlson ok that is moved to the Leader # - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into

I need some help with a duplicate/linking of an account the council hasn’t been able to correct. The adult has 2 ID’s, and the ID linked to his login/email is not the one linked to the scout.

Adult current ID - 141414749
The “linked” other ID - 141374445, which is linked to his son 141374444. Trying to get the original login to work under the “4445” ID so he has access to his son.

@JamesDuffy This should be fixed.

The parent should log in with the username (login) that does NOT end in a number.
