Duplicate Adult Scoutbook Accounts

@Matt.Johnson This is done.

He has Google sign in turned on, so he needs to use the “Sign in with Google” button, Google name, and Google password.

Hello, I have two BSA id’s. Can you please merge them? Primary as Den Leader is ID14515841, whereas I have another account id 110151824 which is associated with NESA, and I think it is linked to my son who is a scout.

Thanks!!

I think I’ve sorted out the IDs, but now I can’t RSVP for events in Scoutbook anymore for my daughter or myself. Can you check to see if something isn’t set properly on my primary account (should be 14666046). Thank you!

@ChristopherAdams5 log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials - BSA #s cannot be merged just managed

I will fix scoutbook if it is needed

Is there anyway to combine the 2 user IDs I have ? They are 12810416 and 2659172. It also is saying that I have never logged in.

@BrendanEvans What is your current council?

Michigan Crossroads #781

@BrendanEvans You will need to register as an adult leader in your new council. Otherwise, the automatic member update will keep ending your positions.
