John Koch is an adult leader in our Pack but isn’t showing up in Scoutbook. I’ve searched for him many ways but can’t seem to add him properly. Apparently this is because he has 2 accounts and one is blank? Can you please help us resolve this issue and add him to our pack?

@MichaelSpliedt That user is not a registered user in your unit - they are a parent - look at roster at my.scouting.org - that is the true official roster
@AntonioGonzalez you will want to switch log in to the my.scouting.org username/password - NOT email - it is just simpler.
@AdamDarrow Your user names have been merged. The Google sign in one has been retired.
@MichaelSpliedt Adults who are officially registered as adult leaders with your unit should automatically show up on your Scoutbook roster.
This adult does have 2 BSA member numbers; however, they are expired Lion / Tiger Adult Partner registrations. Lion / Tiger Adult Partners are not considered adult leaders by the BSA (YPT not required, no criminal background check (CBC), not approved by Chartered Org. Rep., etc.)
Please merge 13666120 and 13669852.

@BrittanyLawliss It looks like this adult has another BSA member number (14129404) where his first name appears to have a typo.
Your local council should be able to correct the spelling of his name with their Registrar tools.
I have a problem. It shows my email has been used twice and there are some kids that shows in my den that are not in our pack. Could you help?
@TrinkaYork Could you post the initials of the Cub Scouts who should not be in your den / pack? (No names, please.)
Only one that should be in the den is BLW
@TrinkaYork It looks like none of the Cub Scouts in your pack are assigned to dens in Scoutbook.
A Pack Admin can create the dens and use the “Reassign Scout(s)” button to move the Scouts in to the dens.
@TrinkaYork Your e-mail was also associated with your son’s Scoutbook account. I have removed it.
Also for lion den there should only be me and CY as leaders with BW as the scout
@TrinkaYork A Pack Admin will need to fix that for you.
