New unit advancement chair here. In scoutbook, it is warning me that another user is using the same email address? I can see that the two accounts are related to my previous/current address. Is there a way to merge the two? Current address is in the city of Warminster. I am new to running scoutbook for the pack and now that the rest of the pack is up to date, I started looking into my own. Any help appreciated.

Hi I have a parent who’s account is not properly linking to her child. She can’t see her child’s profile. Can you please help to fix it? Thanks!
