My name is Ron Menzel. I am having an issue with having duplicate accounts.
(removed by moderator) is my good Member ID with Washington Crossing Council #777 in Doylestown PA, Troop 67
(removed by moderator) is not a good account and I am not sure how I created it. It is the Baden-Powell Council #368.
How do I get the two accounts to merge to the (removed by moderator) member ID
@RonMenzel
Iâll look into this for you
@RonMenzel
You have 2 my.scouting.org IDs, one is your e-mail address, the other is where you logged in today. I can make either work but some systems prefer NOT to use an e-mail address. Which do you want to use going forward?
as you look into it. I think all of my training is in the account that needs to be cancelled. Is there a way to transfer the training completions as well?
Yes, training will be merged.
I would like to use the sign in and not the email sign in and need to keep the 3335 account.
@CrystalHopkins1 Your issue was handled in a different thread:
@RonMenzel
This is fixed.
Your training should merge within 24 hours. If it does not let us now.
Please contact Baden-Powell council and ask them to use the Relationship tab of Registrar Tools to remove your son from your BSA Member ID. Contact Washington Crossing Council and ask them to use Relationship tab of Registrar Tools to add your son to your BSA Member ID there. This will help prevent issues when your sonâs membership is renewed.

Thank you so much. I appreciate the assist.
I have a youth (SB User ID:11821497) whoâs Dad is listed twice on his profile and in connections manager but only once the Roster - I think he must have 2 Scoutbook accounts/logins. I can only find 1 w/ SB ID. How do we get his two accounts merged.
Dad - SB User ID: 12609094 BSA ID: 4873095
@AnnaleisSmith that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check childrenâs âUser Relationshipâ and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number
Hello, we have a cub scout that has 3 scout book accounts. We need to merge 2 and delete 1.
Merge: BSA 14837074 and BSA 13033832
Delete: BSA 12496830
Thanks!
@JeffreyMauck that is fixed
Hello. I have a user who last year had two BSA IDs, along with two Scout Book IDs. His Scout Book account just disappeared from our roster after we dropped the old BSA ID from the recharter.
Can I please get some assistance correcting the SB ID to reflect the correct BSA ID, and get the account added back to our Scout Book roster?
SB User ID 11982401
BSA ID 13930496 (on recharter)
Old BSA ID 13826608 (dropped from recharter)
I tried to fix this yesterday myself and made two SB IDs which are not needed. Can we also delete these?
SB ID 13595688
SB ID 13595684
@MatthewAubert I am looking in to this for you.
@MatthewAubert I have merged the userâs Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the âRelationshipsâ tab / section, he should be listed as parent only under his primary BSA member ID number: 13930496. They should remove him if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, his numbers might get switched again at the next Recharter, and another duplicate Scoutbook account might get created.
Hi
One of the troops adult shows up as multiple scout accounts and is not able to see his kids connections.
I am not able to get the ID of both the accounts, but one of them is 130967824 and for the other I have the GUID that came up as an error in IA.
GUID is

Can anyone please work on resolving this issue.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
Thank you
@RajeshVenkatamaran This user might need to wait overnight for everything to sync up. He should log in with his my.Scouting username â not his e-mail address.
Please merge Scoutbook accounts listed below.
