Continuing the discussion from Error message when attempting a Scout transfer:

We are also getting the same error message. Please advise.

Sure!

  1. Applicant link type- my scouting
  2. Youth register
  3. Is the youth a current/former scout? Yes
  4. enter youth member ID, name, dob
  5. hit search
  6. correct pack & new troop show up on screen
  7. hit submit transfer
  8. error message:” apologies but we are experiencing an error on our end. please contact your local council to report it”

We are in the DC area. Both the pack and the troop are notified and aware but we haven’t been able to figure it out.
