I am still seeing this same behavior.
Iām having this same issue with one scout as well, replying to get notified to any changes here as well.
The developers are still trying to determine the root cause but have a workaround.
Switch the version of the adventure to the previous version then back to the 2024 version. This should allow you to then update the adventure.
I tried this and this does not work. A Wolf goes fishing doesnt even have a previous version. This is really blockading us for our awards.
Adventure loops and pins are not restricted items. You can purchase them without having them recorded in SB+. I know this isnāt ideal but at least you should be able to present the Scouts with their recognition while the developers are working on the root cause and a fix.

It is not started, i have tried in multiple different ways to update the adventure.
I have this occurring for several other scouts as well.
I have another ticket open already that could potentially be affecting this? Scoutbook Plus - A plethora of issues
however this is the first time i have personally run into issues entering advancement for a scout.
I am also glad to work with and do a screenshare if that would be helpful.

Sorry, still having the same issue. What did you do? Do I need to dump cookies or such? I already tried logging in and out. Itās happening both at the individual add and the den quick add. Thanks for your help.
Same problem here, trying to add advancement for multiple scouts across multiple dens and having the same issue. Multiple leaders having the same issue within our pack. Is there an updated fix?
I am still having issues, BUT have discovered that if the adventure that you are having issues with has the toggle option to switch from 2024 (Current) to a āPastā version. Switching to the āPastā version and then back to the āCurrentā version, allows me to complete and approve adventures. But if the adventure doesnāt have a āPastā versionā¦ Well then the error continues. So this is not exactly a fix, but a loop hole to adventures that have a āPastā version. Just my two cents, and maybe this will give developers some clues or ideas to a fix, soon.
Any update on a fix?

Copying the resolution from another thread that was started. If you enter a comment while saving your Adventure updates, it should bypass this error. It has been working for me across several scouts and Adventures today.
