I have a parent who is linked as a parent with full control in Scoutbook, but does not appear as a parent in SB+. I need the parent linked in SB+ do they can renew their Scout. The parent’s SB+ profile shows “invalid” for birthdate so I cannot send an invitation myself, because it won’t allow a look…
