Merge needed

Great SUAC gods!!!

Would one of you be so kind as to merge sb account [9866368] into SB 9978466. It is giving me the out of council error so I cannot

tx

ron

@RonFedele that is fixed

A merge is needed in my troop. Looks like a scout decided to register an account with his given name instead of his nickname which is what his my.scouting.org use to be based on.

Scoutbook Ids:
12229064
1567931

BSA Id#
130750300

@JamesSoltysiak that is fixed. Being registered under a nickname is not ideal. For Example if the Scout gets eagle and joins military they will be denied automatic Eagle Promotion, as name on Eagle and Birth Certificate do not match.

@DonovanMcNeil Yes I realize the problem with registering him that way. He has been in scouting since a Tiger Cub and his parents registered him that way back then. Thank you.

Easy for Council to fix - heck I think the scout can now log into my.scouting.org and change it themself

Need to merge names (SB ID #12985986 and Member ID #4290293). Should be listed as Tigers Den Leader, Tigers Den Administrator, Parent (son is SB #11670983 and BSA Member ID #137142935).

@ChristopherLubenetsk that is fixed

He disappeared from our Scoutbook roster again but he is still within my.scouting Earlier after you fixed it, he was correct but later in the day it was broken again. He thinks this may be related to him being part of a Jambo troop.

@DonovanMcNeil Any chance you can look at the earlier issue I mentioned in this thread? The person totally disappeared from our troop. Before both versions of his name were shown, now neither. He is still listed in my.scouting.org with his nickname and the correct member Id. We did wait overnight to make sure it wasn’t a sync issue. There is a chance that all of this is related to him being part of a jambo troop and they are doing something wrong. We have a COH coming up next week and the Advancement Chair wants to run the reports that may include advancement for him.

@JamesSoltysiak I setup a sync check late this afternoon or in morning

@DonovanMcNeil The Scout does have 2 usernames at my.scouting. They are associated with different BSA member ID numbers. It looks like the Scout is logging in to both of them.

The member Id associated with his membership in the troop is listed in the thread. If you private message me the name of the one he should or shouldn’t be using I can email him and his parents to tell him which he should be using.

@JamesSoltysiak I have fixed it so that he can log in to either username. He just needs to pick one, and we can retire the other.

Good morning, can the following Scoutbook accounts get merged please?

#14764928 (make this primary) and #14764930

Should be Committee Member and Lion Adult Partner to #14764929. Thank you!

@SusanDuenas I have done what I can.

However, this adult leader has registrations split between 2 BSA member numbers:

14764928 - Committee Member registration
14764930 - Lion Adult Partner registration

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to combine all registrations and relationships (parent / child) under a single BSA member ID number.

This adult leader also has the opt out of e-mail toggle turned on. She can log in to Scoutbook to switch the toggle.

Sorry I messed up my first request and deleted it. Can you PLEASE merge. SB # 13049621 (No BSA # attached) Needs to merge with SB# 13048849 ( has BSA # attached). New admin somehow made an error. Thanks

@CharleenOsborne This Scout’s Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

Can you combine BSA #13757006 and 134134896 into #5064771 so all my training can be correctly combined?

@ThomasGioconda you can do this yourself - log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > All training will merge to the PRIMARY - I will merge the Scoutbook users which have nothing to do with training
