Is it possible to revert a combined duel account to the original number and information? I would like to have the original membership info (name removed by moderator) for BSA # 13760404 rather then the new BSA# 136487851.
The second number is the registered number - you can talk to council - but the second number is the one you are registered under
Yes, However when they merged the two accounts he can’t log into the new account.

Hi there, I have discovered two accounts requiring merging to get an adult leader access again to her den/our pack as she is currently only seeing her own scouts.
BSA member # 13353703 (User ID 10128963) has the changeyouremail@scoutbook.com affiliated with it
BSA member #13267228 (user ID 9950682) which has her correct and currently in use connection to her scout (note this was her account as an adult partner and when she registered as a den leader the above was created).
@RachaelSwiat those are resolved - user needs to use their my.scouting.org username and password to log into Scoutbook

I have a merge issue as well. Can’t complete recharter because a leader took YPT under Member ID 1346628 but we have him in our Pack under 136782962. Help?
@DouglasBurton the second MID has a YPT that ended 10/21 - the first MID does not exist.
@DonovanMcNeil - I have a screen shot from the individual in question showing him in my.scouting with his Member ID 1346628. I have another screen shot showing his YPT being completed on 9/15/21, good through 9/15/2023. Any suggestions?
@DonovanMcNeil we had him try to merge the 136782962 account, but he said it gave a message saying it doesn’t match his profile.
