New Topic button missing from Scoutbook

I’m trying to add a topic on Scoutbook and I’m unable to do so. The + New Topic button is no longer visible.

This is not a SB issue - it is the third party Discourse issue that BSA has no control over - often opening new tab resolves it

Sorry, I didn’t mean scoutbook itself. I meant from the scouting forums on the Scoutbook topic. See the top right where the bell icon is, there is no “+ New Topic” button.

That is because you cannot add new topics at this level. You must select a category, such as Using Scoutbook.
