Howdy I have a few duplicates I would love to get resolved as well.

First up is our Committee Chair, with three accounts. Primary is 136469236 (leader SBID 10345025). Is it possible to merge to his primary but use the gmail email?

Second is a parent. Primary is 12977549. Possible to merge to primary but keep the @yahoo address?

Third is a parent: Primary is 13877258. Again, would like to take the @yahoo address from the other

If it is better to break this into separate posts, let me know. Thanks for any help you can give.

@DavidAnderson06 all of those are fixed

@DonovanMcNeil Thank you!

Well, I thought I was done, then I realized a bunch of the parents have SB accounts, but were using a different account for my.scouting.org & YPT.

First. These parents are the registered adults for their scouts, but then used a secondary account for YPT training. I’m not sure which is best to be primary, but need the email address from the top and YPT / training from the bottom.

Second. Make 137330265 the primary

Third. Make 13528552 & 14105248 the primary but keep the email address from the other

Again, thanks for any assistance.

@DavidAnderson06 first these parents need to log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

We can do nothing with BSA #'s

@DavidAnderson06 You need to look at all the info you posted and post individually - it all seems to not match up

@DonovanMcNeil are you able to merge the following parent accounts for my pack?

Parent # 1:
Primary BSA # 137333769
Duplicate # 137333773

Parent # 2:
Primary BSA # 13913340
Duplicate # 14012275

Parent # 3:
Primary BSA # 137333697
Duplicate # 137333670

LMK if you have any questions - TIA

@MarcusCarrell those are fixed

@DonovanMcNeil This is the path forward if they have a BSAID on both accounts?

What if there are two accounts, but the BSAID is null for the second? The null BSAID is the one that has their YPT training tied to it.

for example:
Parent 1.

Parent SBID connectionID Parent BSAID Parent Email
11923505 57565769 137330265 r@lemonblock.com
1418952 31269091

@DavidAnderson06 that one is fixed - if it is a deleted BSA# the training is gone I think - you would have to talk to council - if it is a parent bsa# they can use Manage Member ID at my.scouting.org to join them and training will go to all MIDs

I would recommend setting BSA member number 127203415 as primary, because that number has expired registrations under it in the current council.

Please can you merge the following accounts:

Parent has 2 Scoutbook Accounts
BSA ID # 133325860 : UserID 11099461 - keep this account
BSA ID # no id : UserID 867861
BSA ID # 129526362 : UserID 11209633

Parent has 2 Scoutbook Accounts
BSA ID # 13735220 : UserID11689513 - keep this account
BSA ID # 13217725 : UserID 2595246

Parent has 2 Scoutbook Accounts
BSA ID # 132399296 : UserID 9805571 - keep this account
BSA ID # 13200577 : UserID 867876

Thank you

@NicolaThornton all are fixed - the second one can use the nickname in Scoutbook - and the second one needs to use my.scouting.org user/password to log in - not email

Thank you, and thank you for the quick response
