Parent/Adult Leader with Multiple IDs

I am Committee Chair for Troop 258 in Longhorn Council. I have had my multiple ID’s merged before, but I went to log into Scout book on Monday and nothing shows anymore. I’m also a parent and can’t see my scouts.
