Parent unable to RSVP in SBP

I have a parent who receives the RSVP messages but receives an error message that they don’t have access to scoutbook plus. They do have access to MyScouting and scoutbook legacy and can see everything about their scout there.

I’m having my own issues seeing scouts in SBP but I was able to pull this from the URL when look at the parent in legacy. ScoutUserID=14349736

If you’re a Unit Key 3, I believe you can initiate the parent connection in SB+. There are instructions here:
