Thank you so much! Could you tell me what the yellow triangle exclamation mark by my son’s name on the patrol roster page means? It said something about him not being on a roster in my.scouting? I know our troop has been having difficulty importing the new crossovers.

Again, thank you for your help!

@EdwardDunne yeah he is not registered in the Troop officially

@EdwardDunne I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Got it! We had an issue where we ended up getting pulled back into his pack’s scoutbook and I’m betting that was what threw that off. We removed the old connections and readded via the membership page in scoutbook but I have not done the other steps. I’ll work on that once I’m at a desktop and not mobile.

Again, thank you for your assistance!!

@EdwardDunne Scoutbook membership has NOTHING to do with Official membership

I have two accounts I would like merged.

The two scoutbook accounts have BSA/User ID numbers:

14039251/9760346

134555217/1751633 - this is the “good” account

Thanks!

Anthony

@AnthonyCavanna this is fixed

Thank you for the prompt response!

I am assuming I need a few accounts merged. They have transferred from one council to ours.
The BSA ID is
14157496 (New) 134581790 (Old) (Youth)
14157490 (New) 131821444 (Old) (Youth)
137258344 (New) 13558317 (Old) (Youth)

This is an adult who is multiplied in the two councils, but can not see all of PEC Council.
Her BSA ID is
14157491 (PEC-311) 131821445 (Heart of America Council)

TIA for any assistance

@TrudyChittum will look at scout - on adult if multipl registered in 2 councils at once they have to have 2 SB Users

@TrudyChittum Scout one might have a DOB Year mistake - please check and have council correct if needed.
Scout 3 - those BSA #s do not line us to same name

@DonovanMcNeil The third scout (137258344) in HOA her name is spelled Anna Larie, on our application the parent spelled it Anna-Larie. What do I need to do to get that changed?
On the 14157490 the only difference that I could find was that his name started with a lower case b and not a capital B.
Thank you for your assistance

@TrudyChittum I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Please merge Adult BSA Member: 13945952 into:
BSA Member: 14044868 (UserID: 12202042)

Thank you @DonovanMcNeil

OK he needs to use my.scouting.org username (everything before @ in email) and password to log in @PeteBlumenthal

Thanks for your help @DonovanMcNeil Login to which account? the one we want merged into the current email is changemyemail@scoutbook.com (and we don’t know the password) If I change the email to the right email, it complains that email is associated with the other account. Perhaps its easier to merge in the other direction - I’m not sure the direction matters.

@PeteBlumenthal the accounts have already been merged how they need to
