She should log in with her my.scouting user name and password – not her e-mail address.

I would recommend that she talk to her local council about getting her Lion Adult Partner registration moved so that it is consolidated under 12639673. Currently, it is under 137430150.

She has two accounts that need to be merged

no she has 2 logins - she has hers and she made one for her Scout.

@MariaRivera1 Her Scout had 2 Scoutbook accounts. I have merged them.

Parent and Scout are both using the same e-mail address.

I need help from a competent individual who knows what they are doing and follows through on inquiries. I called the Yucca Council two weeks ago to try to merge my Cub Scout Account Credentials and my Boy Scout Account Credentials.

My CS account was 133485875 with Pack 3096, which was somehow deleted by Council. My BS account is 14126248 with Troop 004. I still have active Scouts in each group, so I maybe I still need both accounts?

All I wanted was for my trainings to appear on both accounts.

AND
because my CS account isn’t accessible anymore. I have absolutely nothing in Scoutbook.

When I access myscouting.org, none of my boys show up.

I am lost. Please help.

And I see alot of training in AKELA - go to my.scouting.org > Menu > My Training

Not sure what you mean by I log into my.scouting.org and do not see scouts? Do you mean under My Applications?

Yes. I see my BS under our CS account number. My name shows twice, but my younger CS doesn’t show at all.

The council can make a parent connection for AKELA in their system - just tell them you need parent connections to your scouts under the 133485875

But why is my other son not showing at all. My council people are new and learning.

They told me to register twice once for CS and once for BSA.

Your Council made a mistake - they need to put all your positions under 133485875 - then they can add your Scouts as Affiliations to you.
