The leader should log in with her my.scouting user name ā not her e-mail address.

We have another, bizarre, situation with accounts too. Iāll try to explain:
We have an adult leader who shows up on our Scoutbook roster, but has mostly the wrong information in his profile, including a womanās first name in the āNicknameā field. However, the membership numbers are correct:
BSA Member #: 12383420 UserID: 2401821
We havenāt been able to make any edits to his profile on our end. Can you please help?
I forgot to mention that all of his correct information shows up in my.scouting.com, though, including the same BSA Member #
@Shoreranger you cannot change or clear the nickname? Are you unit admin? - The users PII is fixed - we cannot get to nicknames
We canāt change any of the incorrect information: the email, the address, the phone number, nothing
The only correct information is the name and the BSA numbers, everything is all wrong
address and stuff is all matched to my.scouting now

Donovan. How do you start a question?
Thatās the thing: the address and stuff in my.scouting is not the same as what is in the Scoutbook profile, particularly the email address which we have been unable to change. He canāt get into it and we canāt send him any information through Scoutbook.
Go to category @MargaretBrown click +New Topic in Top Right Screen
@Shoreranger I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
