I just looked and it looks like they are all fixed now! Somehow I missed #2 and #3 already being fixed from when I wrote down their numbers last month! Thanks for the quick help and have a great day!

Hi I have a parent who’s account need to be merged
Bsa #13808902 users #9929784
Bsa #133721169 users #10685229

I also have a parent who says she can’t see her sons profile her Bsa #131166754 users#9588111

@MariaRivera1 I sent you a private message.

I have been trying to get my kids’ Scoutbook accounts merged for months now. I went through the district, then council, and finally even emailed Scoutbook’s support team for assistance. All without results or even a response stating they were working on it. Seeing this thread gives me hope it can be done. Manually entering in all my Scouts’ past accomplishments so new accomplishments can be tracked appropriately would be an absolute nightmare. Please let me know if you want the information for the accounts here or in a separate, private message. Thank you in advance.

@DeanSt_Louis Please provide their bsa member numbers (no names).

Accounts for my oldest:

  • NCAC Account = Member ID: 12619800; User ID: 1887021 (this is the old account with all the advancement)
  • FEC Account = Member ID: 137417918; User ID: 12085778 (this is the new account)

Accounts for my middle child

  • NCAC Account = Member ID: 136332796; User ID: 10118103 (this is the old account with all the advancement)
  • FEC Account = Member ID: 137461362; User ID: 12135921 (this is new account)

Accounts for my wife
-NCAC Account = Member ID: 13408967;
User ID: 1993115 (this is the account she uses, it’s still tied to only her NCAC member number though)
-FEC Account = Member ID: 137461365;
User ID: 12135923 (this the account FEC created, but she doesn’t log into this one)

@DeanSt_Louis I have merged your kids’ Scoutbook accounts. I sent you a private message about your wife’s multiple BSA member numbers.

I have two accounts that need to be merged that are linked to the same email address. One is my parent account. The other was created for me when I became an Assistant Scoutmaster and I’m unable to access it.

The two account numbers are:
13108490
13785339

@Stu_LaurenMinshew since you used you and your wifes name it is messy. I merged them. It is setup to click Google log in

Request merge of the two accounts below. Thanks!

13220565
14002435

@SamuelWright2

These accounts have been merged

I also need a parent merged so they can access their scouts account.
Scoutbook account: MID 13071970 / UID 878818
My.Scouting account: MID 126571309 (Correct MID)

@HeatherRohn that is fixed

Greetings :slight_smile:
Can I please ask you to merge my two accounts?

Stephen Decker: Member ID 13031588 - This account is connected to my daughter Kayla Decker
Steve Decker: Member ID 13551490 - This account has my YPT and other training

@SteveDecker I found a third BSA member number 136883603. This is the one you should be using. I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

Wow! Thanks for the speedy action on this!
Whoa

um
 a third one?
Sheesh.

Thanks for your work on this :slight_smile:

@SteveDecker Your e-mail is slightly different between my.scouting and Scoutbook. Things usually work better if they both match.
